Moving Through the Image with the Body
What happens when an image is not just viewed, but walked through?
In her work, Swiss artist Denise Jacottet combines color, rhythm, and movement. At the opening, her large-scale work will be “opened up” as part of a performance, making it possible to walk through it.
This happening blends painting, installation, and performance, inviting the audience to experience art not only visually but also with their own bodies. A special moment at the intersection of image, space, and encounter.
