Go Tec! Sommercamp V2

Through fascinating leisure courses and a wide range of activities for school classes, the go tec! laboratory inspires children to develop an enthusiasm for technology, science, computer science, and mathematics. At this year’s summer camp from August 6 to 9, 2024, participants will learn how robotics and modern technologies can help people with physical disabilities overcome everyday obstacles by developing and programming their own gripper for an exoskeleton.
This project is being carried out in collaboration with CYBATHLON at ETH Zurich, a unique international platform that promotes the development of assistance systems for people with disabilities, advances communication about research, and advocates for inclusion.

The children will be able to implement everything independently, from the initial idea to the finished product, and watch as their own designs are cut out with a laser. A trip to a medical technology company gives the young engineers additional exciting insights into the subject. At the end of the camp, they put their programmed creations to the test in a competition. There will also be a big public closing event for the whole family on August 9, 2024.
