After an intensive three-year planning and construction phase, we are delighted to announce the successful completion of Administration Building 02.
Featuring state-of-the-art technology, a light-flooded glass staircase and a flexible room structure for a wide range of uses, it boasts a contemporary design.
The building has been given a completely new roof structure, including waterproofing and insulation, freshly plastered and painted interior walls, modern wet rooms on each floor and two new cloakrooms in the basement.
The three-storey building is ideally designed for office, laboratory and exhibition purposes and represents
a significant step forward in the transformation process of the SIG Areal am Rheinfall. The spaces can be divided individually, starting at 250 m², and thus offer tailor-made solutions for a wide range of requirements.
